Born in Sweden in 1989, My Roman Fagerlind is a poet, playwright, screenwriter, editor and text based artist, living in Berlin since 2018. Her work is cross-disciplinary and she uses archival documents and fictitious elements to examine the possibilities of language in relation to personal and collective memory. She has a MFA in Creative Writing from Valand Academy of Fine Arts and a writing degree from Biskops Arnös Författarskola. In addition to her own artistic practises, she’s worked as an editor, critic, columnist and producer. She is also available to book for lectures and workshops.
